Affirmation Mala Necklaces
Unique Handmade Affirmation Beads. A spiritual tool for re-programming the sub-conscious mind.
Initially I intended making Japa Malas, however, whilst researching their history and use, I discovered other information which resonated more with my own heart, and which lead me to design this range of Japa Mala inspired Necklaces, not Prayer Beads but Affirmation Beads. Like the Japa Mala, each of my Necklaces comprise 108 beads, following a train of thought that which states that it takes 108 repetitions to change a sub-conscious programme within the mind. My Affirmation Beads are intended to help you re-programme any sub-conscious belief you may hold that is no longer serving your highest good.
I incorporate natural crystal beads in most of the designs, it is said that holding crystals or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Crystals supposedly do this by positively interacting with your body's energy field, or chakras, channelizing your energy levels, thereby focusing on healing your body from the inside. Moreover, since everything is made up of energy vibrating at certain frequencies, each necklace also carries the healing vibrational information of colour, therefore each Affirmation Mala comes with its own meaning, message, and healing purpose.
I like to include my personal interpretation for each piece depending on the crystals, colours and motifs used, however please note, I do not "charge" the necklaces, I can if requested, but do remember as Vicky Wall, the founder of Aura Soma, was known to say :

How to use the Affirmation Beads
Instructions for use:
Sit in a relaxed position holding the beads, connect with the deep hidden aspects of the self.
Move along the 108 beads, stating your highest affirmation at each bead, when you come to the Guru bead at the end, (the larger focal bead at the end) stop. We do not cross over the Guru bead, however, if desired you can move backwards along the 108 beads, to repeat.
Example: “I’ll never be successful”
Re-phrase with concise wording, visualize clearly and hold the corresponding positive feeling:
“I can and I will accomplish my goals”
Practice this for 30 days to re-programme an unwanted negative self belief.
Using your beads in this way for 30 days, you are able to reprogramme any unwanted negative self belief. Its just a programme, a thought pattern. 108 beads - 108 repetitions of your desired positive self belief can change the false programming.

Since everything is made up of energy vibrating at certain frequencies, each necklace then carries the healing vibrational information of natural crystals and colour.
Most of my designs incorporate beads made from authentic High Grade natural crystals. "Harnessing crystalline light" generally refers to utilizing the properties of crystals, particularly their interaction with light, for various applications, using crystals to manipulate light for optical devices for an example.
Holding crystals or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Crystals do this by positively interacting with your body's energy field, or chakras. Channelizing your energy in this way focuses on healing your body from the within. By utilizing the inherent properties of crystals to enhance or direct light, leveraging and harnessing the energy of light and the unique ways that crystals interact with light allows us to explore the energetic or healing properties of crystals. Crystals can interact with a person's energy field, and various practices involve using crystals to promote healing or spiritual well-being.
Moreover, I often use Swarovski Lead Crystal elements in my designs, specifically for their unique colour and light effects.

Lead oxide, a key component in lead crystal, increases the refractive index of the glass. This means that light passing through the crystal is bent or refracted at a greater angle compared to regular glass.

This increased refractive power is what gives lead crystal its characteristic sparkle and brilliance. The light is scattered and reflected in a more pronounced way, creating a dazzling effect. Swarovski crystal elements definitely bring something very special to my pieces when it comes to their unique depth of colour and energy.
