Whilst researching their history and use, I discovered information which resonated more with my own heart, and which lead me to design this range of Japa Mala inspired Necklaces, not Prayer Beads, but Affirmation Beads.
Like the Japa Mala, each of my Necklaces comprise 108 beads, following the train of thought that says it takes 108 repetitions to change a sub-conscious programme within the mind.
Be assured however that when you have one of my "Affirmation Malas" in your possession, you have not only a spiritual tool but also, a very desirable piece of jewellery with a unique energy signature never to be repeated.
Each necklace design is unique and as such, will come with its own meaning, message, and purpose.

How to use the Affirmation Beads
Hold the necklace during prayer, meditation or in contemplation to connect with these deep, hidden aspects of the self.
To change an unwanted subconscious belief,
Example: “I’ll never be successful”
Re-phrase with concise wording, visualize clearly and hold the corresponding positive feeling:
“My endeavours are always successful”
Sit in a relaxed position holding the beads.
Move along the 108 beads, stating your affirmation at each.
When you come to the Guru bead at the end, stop.
We do not cross over the Guru bead, however, if desired; move backwards along the 108 beads to repeat.

My Affirmation Beads are intended to help you re-programme any sub-conscious belief. Moreover, since everything is made up of energy vibrating at a certain frequency, each necklace also carries the healing vibrational information of colour. Most of the designs incorporate beads made from authentic High Grade natural crystal beads. Holding crystals or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Crystals do this by positively interacting with your body's energy field, or chakras. Channelizing your energy in this way focuses on healing your body from the within.
