I have made this 108 bead Knockmany Affirmation Ho’oponopono Mala based on the qualities of this Hawaiian prayer or invocation, to cleanse negative memories and achieve inner peace.
Ho'oponopono (Hawaiian for "to make right") is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, focusing on restoring harmony by taking "total responsibility" for everything in one's reality, seeing problems as inner reflections, using the mantra or prayer   
"I'm sorry": Acknowledges your part in the problem or negative memory.
"Please forgive me": Asks for forgiveness from yourself, others, or the Divine.
"Thank you": Expresses gratitude for the opportunity to heal.
"I love you": Infuses the situation with love and transmutes negative energy.

I have chosen White Jade extensively throughout this piece, interspersed with a few white and, a couple of bright silver, glass pearls, deep pink Rose Quartz inserted between tiny rose-pink Swarovski crystals, which add a little touch of sparkle and vitality, finished with frosted pale pink rose quartz beads, the focal point a beautiful rose medallion carved from Whie Jade.  This piece exudes serenity, carrying as it does, the beautiful energy of Purity, Innocence and Love.  Made to evoke forgiveness, harmony and reconciliation.  Consistent use of this powerful Prayer is said to foster inner reflection, clear internal blocks, cleanse negative memories and attain inner peace, it invites in love and gratitude, leading to unconditional love for the self.
