I have been making items of Jewellery since 1996. After some training with Aura Soma, which is a form of colour therapy, where individuals choose colour combinations (Equilibrium bottles) that resonate with them, a holistic system that utilizes colour, plant, and crystal energies to support spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being, based in Lincolnshire in England. I was imbued with an inspired experience of colour, which had a deep and positive affect on my psyche, and which has remained with me. For sure I was opened to the world of colour, and colour therapy, which I feel is reflected in all my pieces. Using colour, and combinations of colour when making my Jewellery, is my BLISS! So, when choosing a piece or pieces of my jewellery, I encourage you to consider this aspect, said to reveal insights into one's inner self, with potential for growth, as the chosen colours are believed to have a corresponding vibrational energy that, when applied to the body, can help balance and harmonize the individual's energetic system. Although I studied their philosophy in depth and I am not a qualified Aura Soma therapist, I am forever grateful for Aura-Soma’s influence in my journey.

Working with the colour of your soul...
Colour can have such a positive effect on our lives and in so many ways: our clothes, our homes, our work environments, meditation spaces etc.
Jewellery is a great way to introduce colour frequencies and vibration into one’s personal sphere, to enhance your levels of self-love, joy and enjoyment, it’s a great way to give something lovely and meaningful and joyful to yourself or another.
My process with colour...

Building on my Aura-Soma experience, I seek understanding of the powerful healing vibrational information of colour; researching the meanings of the frequencies of the colours and particular crystals, and perhaps other information as it relates to a particular sign of the Zodiac, or ancient mythology.

I follow inspiration with each creation, selecting for colour, light, balance and beauty.

Once I have created the piece, I may write a brief summary of my intuitive reflections about the colours as they have manifested in the piece of jewellery, however please note: This is my interpretation of a particular item, so please do remember:
