Unique Handmade Affirmation Beads

A spiritual tool, an aid to re-programming the sub-conscious mind.

Initially I intended making Japa Malas, however, whilst researching their history and use, I discovered other information which resonated more with my own heart, and which lead me to design this range of Japa Mala inspired Necklaces, not Prayer Beads but Affirmation Beads. Like the Japa Mala, each of my Necklaces comprise 108 beads, following a train of thought that which states that it takes 108 repetitions to change a sub-conscious programme within the mind.  My Affirmation Beads are intended to help you re-programme any sub-conscious belief you may hold that is no longer serving your highest good.

I incorporate natural crystal beads in most of the designs, it is said that holding crystals or placing them on your body is thought to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Crystals supposedly do this by positively interacting with your body's energy field, or chakras, channelizing your energy levels, thereby focusing on healing your body from the inside. Moreover, since everything is made up of energy vibrating at certain frequencies, each necklace also carries the healing vibrational information of colour, therefore each Affirmation Mala comes with its own meaning, message, and healing purpose.

I like to include my personal interpretation for each piece depending on the crystals, colours and motifs used, however please note, I do not "charge" the necklaces, I can if requested, but do remember as Vicky Wall, the founder of Aura Soma, was known to say :

Be assured that when you have one of my "Affirmation Malas" in your possession, you have something with a unique energy signature never to be repeated. All my Affirmation Necklaces are designed and made by me, they are not only a spiritual tool but also a very desirable piece of beautiful jewellery with a unique energy signature, never to be repeated.

Instructions for use:

Sit in a relaxed position holding the beads. Move along the 108 beads, stating your highest affirmation at each, when you come to the Guru bead at the end, stop. We do not cross over the Guru bead, however, if desired; move backwards along the 108 beads, to repeat.  Enjoy!                                                                       

Example:                      “I’ll never be successful”           

Re-phrase with concise wording, visualize clearly and hold the corresponding positive feeling:                        

                  “I can and I will accomplish my goals”      

Practice this for 30 days to re-programme an unwanted negative self belief.
